All orders are shipped from our Bangkok HQ.
• International orders over $600 USD enjoy free FedEx shipping (3–7 business days).
• Below $600 USD: $40 USD per piece shipping fee.
• Thailand orders over 3,200 THB ship free via Flash Express.
• Orders below that: $3 USD per item shipping fee.
Customs duties & taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept exchanges within 14 days for online purchases.
• Exchange must be for an item of equal or higher value (you cover the difference).
• No refunds for lower-value exchanges.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Our Studio Line features Silver 925 with optional white, yellow, or rose gold plating.
• Avoid moisture and chemicals to maintain its shine.
• Gently polish with a silver cleaning cloth to restore luster.
• Store in a dry, cool place, ideally in its original box or pouch.
Complimentary Cleaning Cloth
You may request a complimentary silver cleaning cloth with your order — we’ll be happy to include it.
