How can I place an order online?

You can easily place an order through our website by selecting your desired items and proceeding to checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns if your jewelry arrives in poor condition, provided you submit a video of the unboxing as proof. If your package is stuck at customs and you refuse to pay the international customs fees, we cannot issue a refund. However, we’re happy to offer you store credit if you change your mind. Exchanges for other jewelry pieces are welcome within one month of purchase, but the items must be in good condition and unworn. Please note that customers are responsible for all delivery costs associated with exchanges.

How do I care for my Matara jewelry?*

Store pieces in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Clean gently with a soft cloth and avoid exposure to chemicals.

Where are your jewelry pieces crafted?

All our jewelry pieces are skillfully handcrafted in our studio by expert artisans.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on location.

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
