We are happy to fix the jewelry for you without fixing cost within 2 years after your purchase. Customer need to take care the shipping costs from/to our HEAD OFFICE , in Bangkok

In the event that your jewelry gets damaged we do provide repair services:

Simple Repair
Shank repair, prong work, clasp repair, clips repair will be free of charge within 2 years of the purchase. A small fee will be advised after its second year.

Stone/ Metal Replacement
A fee will be advised, depending of the size and type of stone and metal.

If a quotation is needed, Matara Customer Service will contact you directly through email within 3 working days.

It is recommended to pack the item(s) securely with bubble wrap and post it via registered post. Original certificate with date of purchase stated or sales invoice should be included.

Matara will not be responsible in the event that the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged. All mailing fee to/from Matara Head Office, based in Bangkok will not be covered by Matara.

Warranty
Warranty Two (2) years from the purchase date coverage on repair services. It does not cover any damage caused by accidents, mishandling (dents) and/or repairs that were not carrried out by Matara.
